UNIQUE 1 - uniquely attacks concrete, cement, stucco, mortar, and grout by softening buildup into mud. Unique 1's safe formulation is designed to remove concrete from ready-mix trucks, gunite trucks, pump trucks, equipment, concrete saws, pavers, molds, curb machines, tools, tankers, and forms.

UNIQUE 1 - may be used bumper to bumper, even on chrome, glass, or polished aluminum.

UNIQUE 1 - is non-flammable, non-toxic, non-D.O.T regulated, non-corrosive (ASTM-G31), biodegradable, OSHA and EPA compliant, non-fuming, and has a safer pH than most concrete removers.

UNIQUE 1 - Cleans with the power of an acid but is mild enough for hand-washing of equipment with little or no skin irritation.

UNIQUE 1 - does not contribute to ground or water contamination.

1. Apply initial coating of UNIQUE 1 product by brushing, foaming, or spraying to hardened concrete. The concrete will turn white on initial contact, the UNIQUE 1 sets and begins to molecularly attack the portland in cement.

2. Light concrete film and small deposits will dissolve and fall off within minutes!

3. Brush and/or agitate for greater absorption and more effective results.

4. Area must be pressure-rinsed with water to remove loose concrete. No secondary soap is needed for neutralizing UNIQUE 1 product.

NOTE: For heavy, thick buildup, this process may have to be repeated. UNIQUE 1 should be applied to a dry surface on initial application. A white film usually occurs if the product needs reapplication to attack the rest of the concrete residue.
